VIOLATION (Private Property Edition!): N. 9th St. and N. Oakland St.
Of all of the parking violations we've captured thus far, this one may be our favorite. Today's violation takes us off the beaten path a bit to the Lexington Square condominiums, a five-year-old condominium complex in Ballston.
You have to hand it to our friendly local parking officials. They thought they could pull a fast one on us, but CSI: Arlington County has spies everywhere. As shown on the sign posted on the lamppost to the left of the illegally parked county vehicle, this vehicle is clearly parked in a private "No Parking Zone."

Not to mention it appears he is parked in a cross walk or at least near an intersection, which is also a violation of the law.

County cars such as this one are given permission in writing to enter private property and write certain citations.
